PASHA Holding invites experienced candidates to fill the position of Associate Investment Manager

Requirements:

· Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics · At least 3 years of relevant work experience with national and/or international companies in business development, investments, financial advisory services and banking.
· Experience in one or more of the following areas: investments screening, appraisal, due diligence, valuations, monitoring, portfolio management, investment advisory services;
· Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills;
· Good knowledge of the business environment and SME market in Azerbaijan;
· High integrity, strong motivation and organizational/time management skills;
· Ability to work effectively under pressure.
· Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
· Strong client service orientation with an openness to feedback and new ideas
· Excellent (oral and written) communication skills in Azerbaijani and English - fluency in other languages (e.g. Russian and/or Turkish) would be a plus
· A willingness to travel predominantly within the country frequently.

Position Summary:

• Screening of targeted companies organizing collection and analyzing financial statements, building and reviewing financial models and due diligence reports;
• Preparing operation documents and investment materials for Investment Committee in close coordination with the rest of the operation teams;
•  Assisting in preparation of internal and external strategy and business plan documents and presentations;
• Assisting the team in supervising the ongoing performance of the IPAD’s portfolio companies;
• Assisting in providing timely delivery of information to the shareholders of the companies; and
• Preparing marketing and other communication materials
• Assisting the team in organization and administration of SAP-based Investment Process Integrated System (IPIS).
• Work schedule: 09:00-18:00; 5 days a week.
