Duties:

• Daily writing off spare parts by internal code from General stock against material issue note & filtration materials by code from General stock against material issue note;-daily
• Calculation costing of goods by job;
• Calculation costing of materials by activity;
• While random checking of General stock once a month jointly with the storekeeper; - as per agreed day
• Full checking of General stock once in quarter jointly with storekeeper;
• Tools records;
• Stock reconciliation of General stocks;
• Preparing monthly reports by activity to management;
• Preparing statistical report -monthly till 5 th of next month;
• Calculation of  land cost of machines and spare parts and entering all goods to 1C program;
• Filling papers.
