 Baltika-Baku Brewery is seeking for HR Recruitment Specialist.

Location: Khirdalan, Shamakhi road
Working hours: 40 per a week
Business trips:  2 per a year maximum

Short Job description:

Recruit talents into the organization using all available tools: job portals, social networks, university career centers, agencies & etc. Responsible provide kind of interviews (phone, group, face to face). Responsible manage assessment process & conducting oftests. References check provision. Drive organizational capability within theCompany.  Participation as well as leading of different projects (On-Boarding, Employee Referral Program & etc.). Responsible provide Employee Engagement Survey (once per year). Keeping database accurate & updated. HR Reporting (FTE, TR & etc.), Available to perform kind of daily HR issues.

Requirements:

•     Higher education
•     Min. 2-3 years of experience in related field
•     Strong Presentation, Communication & Negotiation skills
•     Advanced interviewing skills
•     Team player
•     Advanced  MS Office user (Excel, Power Point, Visio, Word)
•     Fluent  in Azeri & Russian, English upper intermediate
•     Abilityto work under stress
•     Flexibility      
•     Team player
