Job description

    - To support Business Development Managers in the processing of maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) quotations and orders to clients in the oil and gas sector
    - Receive inquiries from customers/buyers by email and understand their requirements
    - Source the products required (either from stock, from local suppliers, or from international suppliers) and get vendor quotations
    - Prepare, and follow-up, customer quotations
    - Receive the customer PO and create a Sales Order
    - Place orders with suppliers and follow-up until the materials are received in company's abroad facility
    - Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure the materials are dispatched to the customer on-time
    - Invoice the customer and assist with payment follow-up where required

Requirements

    - Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering
    - Experience in sales (industrial oil and gas equipment, huge spare parts, pipes, drilling equipment)
    - Strong technical knowledge of oil and gas maintenance, repair and operations materials (pipes, valves and fittings, flanges, industrial electrical products, OEM spare parts, maintenance supplies) products
    - Fluent English, Azerbaijan, Russian languages
    - Excellent computer literate
    - Ability to work with ERP (1C program)
    - Excellent communicative skills
    - Strong international sales experience is preferable
    - Extensive experience in MRO: Inside Sales, Junior mechanical engineers, Warehouse/Material Management and/or Buying/Purchasing functions (are preferable in addition to the main experience)
