Qualifications:

•     Master’s degree or equivalent in tourism, public administration, management, social sciences or  other area relevant to the project
•     At least 2 year of experience in project management, preferably with an international organization;
•     Prior experience with tourism engagement project is required;
•     A demonstrated ability in liaising and co-operating with all project partners including government officials, NGOs and international organizations;
•     Excellent computer literacy and word processing skills;
•     Fluency in written and spoken English and Azeri required, knowledge of Russian will be an asset.

Remuneration: SB-2 carries a gross - $2,376 per month, plus social security package
