Accountabilities;

•     Perform management, operation, configuration, maintenance, fault clearance of main core nodes of the switching network: SGSN, GGSN, VMS, SMSC. SGs, ADC. CBS and associated system servers, databases, applications and services. Implementation of basic plans numbering plan, signaling, routing, synchronization Implement traffic interconnection: internal, external with other operators, roaming partners Provide technical support in implementation of new services.
•     Troubleshooting and solving customer complaints, subscriber services, signaling, and traffic problems.
•     Acceptance testing for new switch elements
•     Provide emergency handling and support Software Upgrades of network nodes Application System Verification Fallout management of new software releases.
•     Implement and manage switching network elements and exchange data. Controlling the capacity of the PS Core Network elements, GSM/GPRS/UMTS/LTE Interconnection topology handling.
•     To coordinate with vendors for installation and initial system start-up and configuration as well as patch installation.
•     To coordinate and updating PS Core operations Team Leader engineer with current status of the daily regular tasks and projects.
•     Prepare system and interface specifications, user guides and help documentation.
•     To support other network performance and OSS engineers within the department with all his knowledge in system administration, network and hardware.
•     To have strong problem solving skills.
•     To take regular system and database backup of the platforms;
•     To configure and perform automatic on-line backups.
•     To administer platform with creating users with proper access level and provide reports with active users of the platform.

Education; Bachelor or Master’s Degree at Telecommunication or IT.
Languages; English, Russian, Azerbaijan
Computer; Skills Word, Excel, Outlook – Advanced, TCP/IP, GSM Net, Signaling – Intermediate.
