- Reporting to the General Manager and functionally to the Financial Controller of the Management Company and the Financial Controller of the Holding Company
- Providing reports for the hotel management, operating company and holding company, running ledgers, managing all sales and purchasing accounts and payroll
Namizədə tələblər
- You must be a qualified chief accountant with at least 5 year experience within the hotel sector
- Knowledge of the Opera PMS, Micros and Micros Materials Control
- Ability to implement the Uniform System of Accounts and to train the team
- Fluency in both Azeri and English
- Ability to take responsibility for managing all finance functions of the hotel
- You must be able to provide detailed financial direction to the General Manager, the management company and the owning company of the hotel
- Experience in completing and processing the tax declarations and other legal requirements
- You must demonstrate team building experience and the ability to lead by example
- You must be able to instill a “can-do” attitude in employees
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- It must acknowledged that you have the ability to assume responsibility/ accountability and to follow/enforce company policies and procedures
