JOB TITLE: Health and Safety Engineer

Key responsibilities of the role include:
o Development of methods for anticipating and predicting hazards, unsafe acts and root causes of safety incidents from experience, historical data, incident investigations and other information sources
o Providing for management review, the results of evaluation assessments, including recommended adjustments and changes to safety system policies or hazard control programs
o Promoting safety awareness in all aspects of the company as well as ensuring that safety and risk assessment paperwork is in place and in accordance with company standards
o Ensure that adequate training / re-training programs are provided and / or established that will provide employees with adequate skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

o Educational qualification is required.
o Knowledge of and experience in safety engineering field developing and / or applying safety standards, practices and programs
o Strong conceptual thinking within a technical environment
o Ability to analyze and solve complex issues
 
Monthly salary for this position is 900 AZN gross (net salary: 747 AZN).
