Selection criteria:

•  Higher education in finance, economics and accounting
•  At least 3-5 years work experience as a Chief Accountant/Economist
•  Knowledge on local legislation and international accounting
•  Azerbaijan language - excellent
•  English language - excellent
•  Russian language- preferable

 Main tasks and responsibilities:

•  Experience in local accounting standards
•  Experience in working with international organizations.
•  Experience in working with government subsidies
•  Experience in budget compilation and budget control
•  Skills and experience in making finance analysis and prognosis
•  Proper preparation of financial documents
•  Preparing reports for management per need
•  Experience in working in international organisation
•  Communication skills
•  Ability to work under pressure
•  Experience in financial management
•  Computer knowledge (MS Office, 1C )

 Additional criteria:

•  Knowledge of NAVISION program
•  Ability to work in a team
•  Readiness to develop
