Qualifications:

•     University/master’s degree in the field of management, finance, economics or related field; experience in training groups of qualified people with different backgrounds is desirable;
•     At least 2 years of experience in project management preferably with an international organization;
•     Work experience with the state agencies or local business community in projects relating to promoting employment  is desirable;
•     Outstanding project management and organizational skills;
•     Familiarity with the working environment and professional standards of international organizations;
•     Excellent computer literacy;
•     Fluency in written and spoken English and Azeri required, knowledge of Russian will be an asset;
