Requirements

• High Education
• At least 2-3 year experience in the human resources field
• Having exposure on HR related policies, procedures as organization Development, HR Information Systems, employee relations, training & development and employment
• Good knowledge of labor code and employment related laws
• Must be proficient in the use of MS Office programs
• Fluent Azeri, English and Russian language skills
