JOB TITLE: Cost Controller
EMPLOYER: CIDC    

DUTY STATION: Azerbaijan

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

1. Preparation of cost report updates and report generation for review by Finance Controller
2. Continuously monitor current expenditure against budget and to forecast future costs in respect of all activities
3. Preparation of Cost Breakdown Structure
4. Prepare reports specific to requirements and ensure expected results
5. Performance of cost data processing and analysis in order to provide Finance Controller with project status, forecasts and definition of alternatives
6. Perform project cost risk analysis
7. Prepare cost reports regularly and on time
8. Organize the cost controlling system

Requirements and skills:

1. University degree in Finance, Accounting or Economy
2. At least 2 years experience in cost controlling
3. ACCA/CIMA/ IFRS  knowledge
4. Fluent in English, Azeri  and Russian
5. High level of analytical skills in order to perform analyses of project costs
6. Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, including the confidence and ability to present information effectively to any audience
7. An ability to work effectively as part of a team to ensure team and business goals are met effectively and efficiently
8. An ability to work independently when required, working effectively without supervision
