Job Description:

• The System Administrator will be responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure.
• The System Administrator is also expected to participate in a range of projects and take significant responsibility in these projects.
• 24x7x365 on-call operation of mission critical systems, rotated amongst Operations Team members.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, information Technology or equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani and English
• 2+ years of UNIX/LINUX and/or Windows System administration experience
• Linux CentOS experience is a plus
• Ability to write scripts in some administrative language (Perl, Shell, awk, sed etc.).
• Experience with server installation/maintenance including configuration, backups, patching, hardware, and security
• Experience monitoring server/application performance and troubleshooting problems
• Ability to work as a team member
• Must possess excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, problem solving and result oriented mind and self-direction
• Must have stress tolerant personality
• Adaptive to changing circumstances and demands, whilst maintaining highest standards
