Role synopsis
Immigration Coordinator will work in the Immigration Services Team and will be responsible for coordination of obtaining the required residence approvals, work permits and ensure due processes to be applied to arrivals and returns of foreign BP employees to the Azerbaijan Republic.
Key accountabilities
The accountabilities include, but not limited to:
- Interact with Customers to supply required information for Work, Residence and Exit Permits, as well as other migration documents.
- Collate, process, develop, arrange safe delivery, storage and return of related documents, such as diplomas, passports, certificates etc.
- Prepare, place and return applications related to immigration permits
- Develop, maintain and update filing and tracking system
- Communicate with related Authorities if instructed by Immigration manager, build and maintain good business relations with them
Maintain up to date knowledge of immigration and related legislation and trends.
- Being able to write, translate and proof-read letters, applications, references and other immigration documents in Azerbaijani and English
Essential Education
• University diploma – Philology; Diplomatic Academy; Tourism; Political Sciences
Essential experience and job requirements
• Minimum 1 year experience in clerical work
• Experience in immigration services in foreign companies
• Strong proficiency in Azerbaijan and English languages – both verbal and written
• Competent in using MS-Office and other related software applications
Other essential skills and knowledge
• Document processing experience
• Planning & Organising Skills
Desirable criteria & qualifications
• Good personal discipline, including time management
• Abilities to work under pressure
• High level of Customer Care; Experience dealing with customer complaints and concerns
