Role synopsis This role will have an overall responsibility for efficient administration of the manpower agency contracts for Azerbaijan Georgia Turkey Region (AGTR). It will provide a single point of contact for all matters related to agency personnel to ensure consistency and transparency in the deployment of Agency personnel in Azerbaijan and UK. This role will report to HR Agency Resourcing Manager
Key accountabilities
• Co-ordinate the recruitment process for Agency personnel. Verify approvals, notify agencies, record CV submittals and maintain statistics around the recruitment process
• Manage preparation, approval and processing of agency contract work orders
• Ensure contractor rates in accordance with contract guidelines are justifiable for the vacancy concerned
• Work closely with the recruitment agencies representatives to ensure the required services are provided in a contractually correct, timely and effective manner. Maintain close liaison with hiring managers in AGT Region
• Maintain work order database. Ensure compliance with standard Terms & Conditions for agency staff
• Monitor agency performance and progress through collation of data to support Key Performance Indicators and advise Agency Resourcing Manager of potential problem areas
• Communicate with finance team to resolve agency-billing issues
• Assist in the benchmarking & review of contract personnel, annual salary rates
• Interact with BP Tax Representatives to comply with Azerbaijani Tax legislation
• Ensure confidential and sensitive information is handled in an appropriate manner
Essential Education
• Degree Qualified in Social Sciences, Technical Sciences, Finance, Economics, HR or Business Administration
Essential experience and job requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in contract administration, HR or cost administration in Oil and gas industry
• Solid decision making skills
• Fluent English and Azerbaijani language skills
• Solid knowledge of Azerbaijani Labour code
• Strong Database management skills
Other essential skills and knowledge
• Excellent written/oral and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and people skills
• Able to work with sensitive and confidential information
Desirable criteria & qualifications
• Team Player with a positive attitude
• Previous experience in Agency Resourcing field will be beneficial
