• Payroll calculation, including payroll tax calculation, SPF contributions as per applicable legislation of Azerbaijan.
• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to applicable reporting and procedural standards, as well as prepare financial reports as per requirements of International Accounting Standards.
• Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.
• Filing of tax and other applicable reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) with relevant government authorities (tax authority, Social Protection Fund, Employment Fund, State Statistic Committee, etc.).
• Report to management regarding the finances of establishment, as well as any issues related to finance/accounting procedures.
• Establish tables of accounts, and assign entries to proper accounts.
• Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology.
• Prepare forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping personnel, and direct their work activities.
• Internal and external auditing.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance
• 3-4 years experience in Accounting/Finance
• Knowledge of applicable accounting legislation, rules, regulations, policies and procedures
• Proven, solid Excel and other accounting program skills and exposure to automated accounting systems
• Knowledge of Azeri, Russian and English
