Vakansiya: HR International Mobility Consultant 
Role synopsis As IM Consultant you will be responsible to deliver International Mobility (IM) support to expatriates staff, pre-assignment support to assignees commencing their assignment and ensure that customers receive maximum value for services. You will play key role in reporting, administrating systems related to IM area. 
Key accountabilities – Job dimensions:
• Delivery high quality IM related processes to diverse pool of nationalities 
• Follow up on expatriate issues, general support of requests on Terms and Conditions (T&C) and policies 
• Advanced level of managing various databases
• Effectively communicate with internal and external population
• Provide guidance to expatriate and local managers, both in the appropriate application of policy and practices and in areas related to international assignments
• Work closely with the central IM Technology team and Finance on expat payments 
Essential Education
– Degree in Social Sciences, Psychology, Business Administration, Public Administration, or HR
Essential experience and job requirements
– Minimum of 3 years in Human Resources, experience in International Mobility (managing Expatriate services) is preferred
– Advanced level of English language (both verbal and written) iis required
