The global oilfield provider of engineered services and products primarily to the
offshore oil and gas industry declares job vacancies to the following position:
PRINCIPAL DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACOUNTABILITIES:
- Payroll accounting
- Preparation of Payment Orders to Bank
- Preparation of Cash Vouchers
- Preparation of back up documents for financial reporting to Head office: scanning, copying.
- Keeping Petty cash book
- Submitting official documents to Bank, Tax Authority, Social Security office and employment fund.
- Keeping accounting filing in order
- Fulfilment of other duties initiated by Head of Financial Department
QUALIFICATIONS / TRAINING:
- Higher Education degree required: Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
- Knowledge and Proficiency of Finance /Accounting Principles
- Knowledge of Azeri & English (E)
EXPERIENCE:
- WORK:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in financial environment. (E)
- EQUIPMENT:
- Computer Literate (E)
- SOFTWARE:
- MS Office (E)
