Requirements

• • Monitor and implement updates and amendments to the Labor Legislation;
• Preparing monthly, half-year and annual reports for appropriate fond of employment;
• Preparing internal HR reports;
• Executing all statutory and internal hiring and termination procedures;
• Working with SAP, executing different HR operations such as: hiring, termination and any other changes;
• Assisting with Performance Management process;
• Assisting in internal training programs arrangements
• Provides continuous support to members of different departments in all aspects of Human Resources

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration (or any relevant field)
• At least 4 years of experience in HR field
• Advanced knowledge of Azerbaijani, English and Russian
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work under pressure
