Today we are looking for a successful candidate to fill in the position of  Value Added Services Products Specialist

Role and Main responsibilities:

• Increase penetration rate and revenue of Value Added Services
• Initiate and develop up-sale and cross-sale mechanisms
• Plan and forecast revenue and expenses
• Develop Roadmap and Marketing Plan for introduction/enhancement of services
• Prepare Business Cases for new services and monitor adherence to the forecasted results
• Periodical monitoring and analysis of Service Portfolio commercial KPIs
• Review and implement products and services offered by 3rd parties
• Create control mechanisms
• Develop documentation process and procedures for managing 3rd parties
• Complaint handling in coordination with Customer Relations
• Coordinate process with related departments before commercial launches of any new service
• Improve commercial performance and customer experience of existing services
• Monitor and analyze market, market trends and technologies locally and globally
• Initiate, participate and analyze marketing research activities in areas related to Value Added Services
• Prepare monthly and ad hoc reports for following up services' trend, revenue growth, subscriber Value Added Services penetration
• Plan and execute service promotions according to the company procedures

Required education and work experience:

• Higher education in Business/Statistics/Economics/Engineering
• Product management/Product Development/Business Development experience is essential
• 2-4 years of experience
• MBA and Project management experience is a plus
