Vəzifə  HSE Engineer.

The HSE Engineer will report to the Head of HR Department.

Work location will be at the Head Office of AzerCredit.

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Prepare and implement policies and procedures related to Labour protection and technical safety;

HSE control and supervision in all branches of AzerCredit;

Preparea training plan related to HSE as required by legislation and carrying out of the trainings;

Ensure the development and implementation of an action plan on improving of the working conditions so that they correspondthe local legislation requirements in terms ofLabour protection and technical safety;

Ensure continuous control over the fulfilling of the requirements of the legal acts and implementation of HSE-related decisionsmade by the state organs and carrying out of all necessary HSEnorms and rules as required;

To organize investigations of work-related accidents as per the "Rules on investigation and registration of work-related accidents”;

Ensure that all the necessary HSE documents are in place and are filled out to as required;

Understanding and supporting Company philosophy and objectives;

Doing all within his/her ability to meet targets set by supervisor and work unceasingly to enable AzerCredit to meet its goal;

Conducting all activities in compliance with AzerCredit policies and procedures.

Required Qualification, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

 

Higher educational degree;

Must be familiar with:

Labour legislation,

Rules on investigation and registration of work-related accidents;

Ecological legislation;

At least 2 years of relevant work experience in HSE;

Fluency in Azeri and English (both written and spoken);

Proficiency in PC usage (Outlook, MS Word), excellent knowledge of MS Excel is a must;

Willingness to be flexible with hours, when required and ability to travel locally up to 50% of working time;

Must have a driving licence and driving skills;

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure;

Good appearance and good interpersonal, teamwork skills;

Loyalty towards the mission of the organization.
