Requirements:

 

University degree in Telecommunications Engineering.

At least 3 years of experience in transport network elements, Internet service provider or Telco operations and networks, routing technologies, related management systems, passive transmission network elements

To understand Passive optical networks planning and principle of works of IP equipment.

To work with GIS, AutoCAD, Google Earth Map and other tools.

Fluent Azerbaijani,  upper intermediate English and Russian

Excellent MS Office skills

Ability to work overtime works, night works, 

To be ready 24/7 for remote or onsite availability

Roles & Responsibilities:

 

Planning of FTTx passive optic network. 

Fiber network designing, distribution and routing Fiber network in cable duct infrastructure system and within of buildings. 

Preparation of Optical distribution schemes, diagrams and the preparation of scope of works for the project. Updating the information in the  existing schemes and diagrams according repair, relocation works. 

Support on fiber optic network troubleshooting.

Fulfill the duties of the Civil Works basic layout and design, if required by the scope of the project
