Vision Fund AzerCredit LLC is seeking a CREDIT SPECIALIST for its Zagatala branch.

 

Vision Fund AzerCredit LLC (AzerCredit) helps develop the economy of Azerbaijan by providing credit to small entrepreneurs so that they can grow their businesses and improve their economic situation. AzerCredit is one of the largest micro-credit organizations in Azerbaijan. As an employer, the company is investing in its human resources through contemporary trainings and providing excellent working atmosphere and building staff capacity in order to plant the seeds of more successful future. AzerCredit is currently seeking a Credit Specialist for its Zagatala branch. Female candidates are encouraged to apply.

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Understanding and supporting AzerCredit philosophy and objectives;

Doing all within his/her ability to meet targets set by supervisor and work unceasingly to enable 

Conducting all activities in compliance with AzerCredit policies and procedures;

Conducts or assists in conducting market research and survey activities;

Conducts active marketing campaign to attract new clients;

Receives loan applications and perform credit investigation on loan applicants and his/her surety/ guarantor, if any;

If necessary, conducts inspection and/or appraisal of any property being offered as collateral;

Prepares and presents credit applications to the branch credit committee for approval;

Closely monitors loan payments and ensures zero tolerance against past due;

Successful candidates should meet the following criteria; qualifications, knowledge and technical skills:

 

Higher education;

University degree in economics, accounting or business administration - desirable;

Candidates with work experience in a similar role or any Sales experience will be given a preference;

Fluent in Azerbaijani (both verbal and written). Preference may be given to English speaking candidates;

Computer skills in Word, Excel and Data Base programs;

Excellent communication skills;

Good knowledge in economic and financial topics;

Good analytical and problem solving skills;

Determined personality with initiative;

Capability and willingness to take responsibility and highly developed sense of rectitude;

Ready to comply and live up to and in accordance with the organization Ideals and Core Values;

Excellent interpersonal skills;

Able to work as team member and to establish friendly relationships;
