PASHA Bank seeks highly qualified project managers to fill in two vacancies within the newly established Project Management Office (Strategy and Marketing Department). The incumbents will run on high quality, efficiency and effectiveness projects for internal and external customers of the Bank.

 

Essential job functions:

 

Managing projects of varying nature within the internal regulations and procedures of PASHA Bank:

 

Collecting and systematizing comprehensive project requirements;

Ensuring alignment of the project objectives with the Bank’s strategy;

Developing project charters, project plans, budgets, schedules, RFPs and other project  documentation;

Determining resource requirements, including staffing requirements;

Forming and managing cross-functional and cross-organizational project teams;

Managing stakeholders expectations;

Creating project status reports on periodic basis;

Ensuring project completion in scope, on time and within budget. 

Key requirements:

 

Experience and qualifications:

 

At least 3 years of continuous project management experience involving managing relationships with multiple stakeholders and teams within a well-established company.

 

Holding one of the following professional certifications:

 

IPMA Level C® (Certified Project Manager)

PMI Project Management Professional (PMP)®

Prince 2 Practitioner  

Skills:

 

Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers on all levels;

Ability to facilitate business-centric discussions and negotiate successful outcomes, strong influencing skills;

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels;

Excellent ability to plan and ensure execution of tasks.

Ability to develop and deliver to management project progress information, team performance and budget variance reports;

Verbal and written fluency in Azerbaijani and English. Knowledge of Russian, Georgian or Turkish is considered a plus.

Excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Project, MS Word and MS Excel.
