• Working with HR team to identify areas of HR digitalization
• Analysis of HR processes for the purpose of their automatization and digitalization
• Implementation of HR automatization and digitalization projects
• Working out HR analytics framework, plan and info-system aligned to business plan
• Preparing regular HR analysis and reporting including HR forecasting for HR management and business
