Job description

The main duties of the successful candidate will be:

• Deal with wide aspects of tax issues for local and multinational clients
• Support to clients with tax audits and tax due diligence
• Assistance with set up of accounting and tax compliance systems of the clients
• Management of several tax consulting and accounting projects
• Good knowledge of 1C and other accounting softwares
• Regular communication with clients and the state authorities
• Develop and maintain successful client relationships, as well as generate new business from existing clients
• Development of network of relationships
• Management of staff (set goals, allocate responsibilities, counseling and etc.)

Requirements

• High degree of self-motivation and strong career aspirations
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in tax consulting business (Big 4 is plus)
• Good knowledge of accounting and tax legislation

• Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics
• Advanced written and spoken Azeri and English. Russian will be an asset
• Ability to work in an environment of pressing deadlines and dynamic conditions
• Being creative and ability to focus on client service and strive to exceed clients’ expectations
• Knowledge of tax and financial accounting
• Experience in consulting and/or accounting firm is a plus
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
