- Update the human resource database
- Ensures that system records are accurately recorded and cross-checked
- Enters new hire information in the human resource system database
- Ensures that human resource files and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and Company policies and procedures
- Providing advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation
- Providing on-the-job training to new employees
- Follow-up fulfillment by employees of work ethic and internal office regulations
- Proper registration during employment, termination, transfer; conducting time-keeping, registration of sick-leave certificates, vacations and staff lists, keep track of address changes, changes in job titles, benefits, and salaries and provide personnel report
- Calculation of vacation, sick leaves in accordance with legislation, filling and recording of Labor books calculation of employee experience, compose, revise and updating staff list
- Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system;
- Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office
- To provide personnel report
- Implementing tasks from HR Manger in his/her absence
- Other relating HR issues upon request
- Reports to HR Manager

- Excellent Computer Microsoft knowledge Skills
- Language Skills: English, Azeri, Russian
