Role synopsis 
 
BP Azerbaijan-Georgia-Turkey invites professionals to be a part of Business Services Team as an Expatriate Housing Officer that provides lease management, general maintenance, housing planning and design, furniture administration, inventory management, special projects / construction management, and other associated activities. In this role you will report directly to Housing Team Leader.
 
Key accountabilities 
 
As Expatriate housing offices, you will be responsible to:
 
• Coordinate preventative maintenance and renovation works. 
• Ensure housing activities are compliant and fully upheld with relevant policies and procedures (e.g. HSE, Security, finance, etc); 
• Ensure contractors’ work is compliant with BP processes and procedures; 
• Plan and coordinate all activities related to housing preparation for new expatriates including renovation works, furniture administration; 
• Conduct performance review and other regular meetings with service providers and suppliers; 
• Ensure all Housing team systems are maintained and effectively used; 
• Ensure all Finance and audit reporting is provided accurately and timely 
• Support budgeting and invoicing processes
 
Essential Education 
 
University degree
 
Essential experience and job requirements 
 
Minimum 3 years of experience related to all aspects of facilities management, such as office/residential properties
 
Desirable criteria & qualifications 
 
• Educational background in Civil engineering, mechanical and electrical (maintenance), management of residential/office buildings construction projects (project management) will be preferred 
• Proactive problem solving and managing ambiguity 
• Any other activities, as will be required 
• Negotiation skills 
• Fluency in Azerbaijani, English and Russian 
• Understanding of Facility Management 
• Excellent HSE focus and awareness 
• Customer oriented attitude
