Vəzifə: Accountant
İşə götürən: Alfa Audit LLC   

Job Responsibilities :
Preparation of management accounts (P&L, Cash Flow statement, Balance Sheet).
• Working with Internet Banking System, control over bank entries, bank posting, bank statements; Bank payments, receivables, bank reconciliation, expenses, business travel  expenses, payroll, invoices and other accounting documents with entries into accounting software;
• Control over fixed assets ledger, record-keeping of fixed assets, depreciation in accordance with local/internal regulations. Prepare reconciliations of balance sheet
• Calculate payroll, prepare and submit quarterly and annual reports to State Social Fund;
• Tax reporting in accordance with local requirements, by using e-mail reporting program “BTP”( Tax Office) and “B3Editor” ( Social Fund) and Azerbaijan legislation, statistical reports for the government on monthly, quarterly, annual basis.
•  Fulfill other official tasks required by Head office in Geneva.

Candidate Profile :
 Higher education in accounting
• Job experience above 5 years is required.
• Language skills: Azerbaijani, English-intermediate, Russian-Fluent
• Computer skills: 1C , Microsoft Office, internet Explorer,
• Knowledge on tax and labor legislation.
• Candidates with good English will have additional preferences.
