Qualifications:
University degree or equivalent in public administration, business administration, management, social sciences or other area relevant to the project
At least 2 year of experience in project management, preferably with an international organization;
Prior experience with e-Governance engagement project is required;
General knowledge of ICT issues and the current status of ICT sector in Azerbaijan;
A demonstrated ability in liaising and co-operating with all project partners including government officials, NGOs and international organizations;
Excellent computer literacy and word processing skills;
Fluency in written and spoken English and Azeri required, knowledge of Russian will be an asset.
Remuneration: SB-2 carries a gross salary per month 761 USD plus social security package
