JOB SUMMARY

Promptly and accurate proceeding of customs declarations and tax returns

JOB DUTIES

• Checking and proceeding New Kiln related customs declarations
• Allocation of customs, delivery and other extra costs to good delivered
• Reconciliation of new kiln related goods delivered vs invoices received
• Preparation of tax payments cash flow report
• Processing Tax reports: Mining Tax, VAT, WHT, Road Tax, Property tax
• Reconciliation of accrued and paid tax vs statement from tax account
• Reveal of any inconsistency should be reported to CFO directly
• Any other tasks time from time may be assigned
