 Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
    - To receive and process all invoices, expense forms and requests for payment
    - To verify calculations and input codes in to the accounts system in an accurate manner
    - To ensure all filing is done in a timely and accurate manner
    - To maintain and update files for payment documents, invoices, purchase orders, requisitions, accounts payable and receivable, and correspondence
    - To locate files or reports as requested by supervisor or others; processes, photocopies, and files documents and records as required for record keeping
    - To purge files and records according to established procedures
    - To maintain and update records of fiscal transactions manually or on the computer
    - To post payments and refunds received to appropriate account or cost centre
    - To prepare journal entries for approval by supervisor
    - To check and verify such documents as requisitions, invoices, and purchase orders, and contacts vendors to correct errors

    Successful candidates should meet the following criteria; qualifications, knowledge and technical skills:
    - Education: Accounting degree or diploma in accounting/finance
    - Fluent in Azerbaijani and English
    - Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word)
    - Good knowledge in economic and financial topics
    - Good analytical and problem solving skills
    - Determined personality with initiative, perseverance and the ability to motivate and manage a team
    - Capability and willingness to take responsibility and highly developed sense of rectitude
    - Ready to comply and live up to and in accordance with the organization Ideals and Core Values
    - Excellent interpersonal skills
    - Able to work as team member and to establish friendly relationships
