Responsibilities:

  • Prepare financial reports, schedules; prepares and audits general entries, payment, cash, purchase, travel, and related vouchers; compiling and inputting related data to the system.
  • Process monthly payroll and business trips calculation and check bank notifications.
  • Audit accounting and financial documents as assigned for accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Review all assigned ingoing invoices to ensure accuracy.
  • Respond to all inquiries regarding procurement financial transactions.
  • Maintain and balances accounts receivable.
  • Perform related work as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Finance/Accounting/etc.
  • A minimum of 1 year work experience in accounting Finance/Accounting/etc.
  • Payroll processing experience is highly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani, advanced knowledge of English
