Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial reports, schedules; prepares and audits general entries, payment, cash, purchase, travel, and related vouchers; compiling and inputting related data to the system.
- Process monthly payroll and business trips calculation and check bank notifications.
- Audit accounting and financial documents as assigned for accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures.
- Review all assigned ingoing invoices to ensure accuracy.
- Respond to all inquiries regarding procurement financial transactions.
- Maintain and balances accounts receivable.
- Perform related work as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Finance/Accounting/etc.
- A minimum of 1 year work experience in accounting Finance/Accounting/etc.
- Payroll processing experience is highly preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, advanced knowledge of English
