International Consulting Firm is looking for experienced and motivated candidates for the consultant position within Tax and Legal team. Main part of the work will be dedicated for provision of HR consulting and support services.

 

Job description:

 

• HR and labor law related consulting services;

• Preparation of all necessary HR documentation and permanent review of the documents;

• Payroll calculations in accordance with legislation and internally settled procedure;

• Ensure smooth flow of documentation and salary calculations;

• Recruitment of the positions based on client requests

 

Minimum Requirements for specialist:

 

• Higher education in law, finance or accounting;

• Basic understanding of HR procedures and practices;

• Knowledge in labor legislation and basic tax legislation;

• Previous experience in relevant sphere;

• Fluent English and Azerbaijani;

• Very good communication and organization skills;

• Accurateness and responsibility;

• Advanced computer skills including MS Office.
