HR Payroll Specialist
Requirements
Higher education;
At least three year of experience in payroll calculation and Labor Legislation of Azerbaijan Republic ;
Fluent Azerbaijani, intermediate English and Russian language skills;
Excellent MS Office skills;
Expert in using Microsoft Excel;
Experience with ERP systems will be plus
Free of military obligation;
Required Competencies

Strong numerical abilities;
Able to work within tight time frames;
Communication skills;
Result and detail oriented;
Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for payroll data verification and entry to ensure accurate and timely monthly processing of remuneration payments to employees;
Be sensitive to payroll deadlines and ensure timely payroll submission every cycle;
Payroll calcualation and preparation of payroll associated reports;
Checking employment agreements, amendments, orders and preparation of financial issues;
Preparation and checking the consistency of mentioned documents with the labor legislation:
• employment order and employment agreement ;
• position change order and amedment to employment agreement;
• termination order
Preparation and checking of mentioned orders and counting it in payroll calculation:
• Vacation orders;
• Business trip orders;
• Overtime orders;
• Bonus orders;
• Counting of phone overlimits;
• Counting of lunch payment
Handle and resolve all queries/issues related to salaries;
Develop and document payroll reporting tools, best practices and processes;
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information at all times;
Assist with other HR operations functions as required by supervisor;
