Administrator/ Finance Specialist
The non – governmental organization HEKS – EPER Azerbaijan implements on behalf of the Swiss Development Cooperation (SDC) a market development project (milk and beef) in five Rayons of Western Aran region. For the second phase of the project (2013- 2016), it is seeking an administrator (50%)/ finance specialist (50%)
Work location: Agjabedi
Position/ title : admin/ fin specialist
Entry date: November 01.2013
Duration: 36 months with a three-month probation period
Job description
HEKS-EPER Azerbaijan contracts a specialist in administration and finance, who will be responsible for any type of financial operations, filing and internal/ externalfinancial reporting. The specialist further plans and administrates labour and asset related issues, coordinates logistics such as the organisation of visits to and from the project (including visa procedures).
Qualifications
• Higher educationin economy, accounting or business administration;
• Work experience with proven results and as finance specialist, experiences in the private sector are an asset;
• Profound knowledge of the legislation of Azerbaijan (labor code, tax law);
• Good analytical and problem solving skills, ability to work independently;
• Computer skills in Excel,1C, Word, and e-based communication;
• Excellent interpersonal skills,ability to work in a small team and under rather difficult conditions;
• Azeri language, fluent English language skills. Russian and Turkish are assets;
