İş barədə məlumat

    The Project Director will work closely with the “Azerbaijan Partnership for Transparency” (APT) Project Chief of Party/ Executive Director of the Transparency Azerbaijan (TA) in order to oversee the overall management of the APT Project in Baku, Guba, and Ganja. The Project Director will design and develop narrative and statistical reports to the donor, ensure that the APT project is implemented by TA in accordance with the APT mandate, the Agreement with the Donor and Annual Work Plan, liaise with all the TA regional offices, arrange the annual audit of the regional offices (except for financial audit), and fulfill other duties as required.

    - Provide overall coordination of the project related activities between all institutions/structures involved (regional executive powers, anti-corruption commission, similar projects and activities implemented by different players)
    - Coordinate activity of 3 centers in Baku, Ganja and Guba
    - Under supervision of the Chief of Party ensure that the project reports (financial and narrative) and other appropriate documents are communicated on time and in accordance with the established project founders procedures
    - Prepare quarterly work plans and control over its implementation
    - Coordinate all activities related to public outreach events to be held under the project
    - Control over regular update of project website as well as organization website
    - Monitor progress of the project according to the work plan and inform the Chief of Party if there are any concerns or problem immediately
    - Draft project proposals to donors
Namizədə tələblər

    - Advanced degree in social sciences, governance, management, or other related field
    - Relevant professional experience managing and implementing successful, large, multi-year development projects
    - Relevant professional experience in the Former Soviet Union and understanding of political and economic environment in Azerbaijan
    - Ability to effectively manage staff
    - Ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders from the Government, civil society, and Academia
    - Project monitoring and evaluation skills
    - Excellent English, Russian, and Azerbaijani language skills required
    - Prior experience in civil society sector or/and international organization will be an asset
    - Ability to use PC and main office programs
    - Strong speaking and writing skills
    - Good analytical skills
    - Ability to work under pressure
