Planning and recruitment
Plan organization human resource needs;
Coordinate the budgeting process for resourcing;
Develop a well defined job description system;
Establish and develop recruitment channels;
Ensure recruitment needs of units are met within established KPI’s;
Execute proper induction programs;
Remuneration and registration
Ensure full compliance of registration and documentation in accordance with legislation;
Provide full supporting documentation for payroll processing;
Develop proper system for fair and transparent remuneration of staff;
Link remuneration system to employee motivation programs;
Develop policies and procedures for benefits;
Performance management
Establish and develop performance management system in accordance with the global strategies and annual operating budgets of the Company;
Link employees’ targets to job descriptions;
Help organize individual development plans and ensure their execution;
Develop skills and competencies of employees;
Arrange coaching and counseling;
Ensure performance measurements occur regularly and in line with the Company policies;
Requirements:
∙ Education: University education in a related field. Students with a degree from a US/European university are encouraged to apply;
∙ Work experience: Minimum 2 years of work experience in a related field is required.
∙ IT skills: Knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Word)
∙ Languages: Fluency in English, Azerbaijani and Russian

Remuneration:
o Remuneration will be competitive; initial salary is dependent upon specific
knowledge of the sector and experience;
o Subsequent revisions of salary will depend on promotion and performance;
