Requirements

• Higher education in Finance or Economics
• International qualification is preferable (ACCA, CIMA; minimum papers passed)
• At least 2 year experience in business processes, internal control and accounting/reporting
• Experience in any of Big 4 audit companies is preferable
• Azerbaijani (fluent), English (fluent), Russian (fluent-preferable).
• Strong MS Office skills: particularly well knowledge of VISIO
• Military service(mandatory);

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Investigate the existing business processes of the Company by conducting series of interviews and evidence collection
• Prepare the current business processes flow with detailed narratives
• Evaluate internal controls, considering whether the proper control activities have been established and are operating effectively.
• Develop recommendations on implementation of suggested internal controls to mitigate associated risks and communicate to related business owners.
• Prepare business requirements needed for process changes
• Prepare new business processes flow based on recommended internal controls
• Ensure that new processes of business cycles are properly signed and documented by interested units
• Support and follow up the implementation of new/revised business processes
• Ensure compliance of prepared internal procedures and policies with company high level business processes within defined roadmap.
• Follow up proper approval and signing of prepared internal procedures and policies by all involved parties.
• Support preparation and registration of internal operational forms.
