Azerbaijan Coca-Cola is currently looking for HR Business Partner - Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development.
Major Activities:
Recruit talent into the organization through a variety of means including universities, job fairs, external recruiters, and traditional print and internet postings. Coordinate advertising efforts; resume review, telephone screens and in-person interviews.
Drive organizational capability within the Company. Collaborate with HODs to provide leadership for comprehensive associate and organizational development program including learning opportunities, change strategies, and training initiatives which support a high performance organization.
Drive succession planning systems for the development of career growth opportunities. Develop and drive systems that identify high potential individuals in the organization, and provide guidance for career development.
Develop measurement systems to assess the effectiveness of recruiting efforts. Develop systems to improve recruiting efforts. Reduce lead time in the filling of salaried vacancies.
Ideal Profile:
• University Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Experience in talent acquisition for large organizations, including the development of external recruiting relationships
• Hands-on experience in utilizing traditional recruiting systems such as internet postings, print ads, and job fairs
• Advanced interviewing skills
• Must understand traditional as well as creative talent acquisition initiatives
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Good computer and database application skills.
• Fluent Azeri, very good command of English. Russian is a plus.
