- Written and Spoken Azeri & English
- Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word , PowerPoint,1C ) proficiency
- Degree in Financial Accounting or related field accounting experience.
Experience:
- Must have at least 2 years experience in the same role or a previous role
Skills:
- Communication skills
- Analytical Skills
- Microsoft Package software proficiency
The Role
- Invoicing in accordance with contracts signed with charterers.
- Liaison with charterers with regards to invoicing / accounting matters.
- Sales and Purchase accounting.
- Management of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Liaison with suppliers in context of local office supplies.
- Managing local payroll including maintenance of payroll records and statutory compliances.
- Handling internal and external audit.
- Any other matter concerning day to day accounts management.
Taxation:
- Maintenance of Tax records.
- Tax compliance with local laws
- Timely payment of all taxes and filing of returns.
- Liaison with tax authorities for assessments, appeals etc.
- Liaison with local tax advisors.
- Local funds management and maintenance of Cash/ Bank records.
- Liaison with local banks.
- Bank/ Cash reconciliations
- Submission of weekly/monthly cash flows and forecasts.
