AMEC is a major Engineering and Construction Company involved in Oil and Gas Projects in Azerbaijan is looking for HR Coordinator.
The successful candidates should have:
• Minimum 5 years experience in HR
• To be experienced and fully conversant with Labor Legislation
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out the following activities:
• Holiday/ Sickness administration
• Maternity leave administration
• Preparation of all orders
• Local reports (social fund, employment etc)
• Medical Insurance scheme administration national only
• Preparation of employment contract and associated documents for National staff
• Inform accounts on new national employees
• Administration of Labor books
• Renewal of employment contracts
• Preparation of orders for Interim reviews/ Labor book update
• Coordination of national employee transfer
• Coordination of project HR documentation as required
• HR Induction for National employees
• Work Permit / TRP administration as required
• To ensure that all legislation affecting employment is strictly adhered to
