Role synopsis HR Coordinator is responsible for inputting, processing, tracking and reporting HR data and information in an efficient and effective manner to assigned sections of HR.

 

Key accountabilities

 

• Completing and processing people data, including clean-up, update & monitoring BP Staff personal and time data as well as full record maintenance of Agency and Expatriate Employees

• Full coordination of SAP Organizational Management (departments, positions, etc.) through UK Support Team and supporting HRIS (HR Information systems) consultant in BP People portal issues handling.

• Coordinate reconciliation and alignment of different HR systems, e.g. SAP vs P3.

• Completing and processing all HR Authorization forms and other SAP-related paperwork, including Title Change Letters.

• Efficiently and effectively managing data to applicable standards for data privacy.

• Providing performance management support around team metrics (KPI measurements/ tracking, intervention).

• Creating and professionally present regular & ad hoc reports (Spot Recognition Award, Repatriation, Sickness Absence).

• Developing Organisational charts for the respective business areas.

• Keeping track of 360 reports completion.

 

Essential Education

 

• University degree

 

Essential experience and job requirements

 

• 2 years of experience in SAP HR or any other ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and charting systems

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Project, Visio)

 

Other essential skills and knowledge

 

• Highly analytical; ability to track, monitor and report data effectively

• Handling information of a confidential nature and according to all applicable data privacy standards

• Sensitivity to confidential matters

• High level of planning and organization, attention to detail

 

Desirable criteria & qualifications

 

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

• Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills

• Relentless drive and determination. Managing work to meet deadlines in fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
