JOB TITLE: Senior HR Business Partner
EMPLOYER: PASHA Bank OJSC 

The largest corporate bank of Azerbaijan Pasha Bank is looking for hardworking candidates to join our team as a Senior HR Business Partner.

Senior HR Business Partner is responsible for provision of professional, business-focused HR service to designated internal client groups in the Bank.

Scope of position

• Act as a single point of the contact for the employees and business leaders for all transformational HR processes (Headcount Planning &Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management & Development)
• Identifying and supporting the business to successfully deliver credible, cost-effective and innovative recruitment solutions using a range of techniques 
• Facilitation of internal organizational changes and acting as change agent
• Partner with hiring managers to assess talent needs and strategy to meet those talent needs with both internal and external recruiting efforts
• Drive the annual performance management process including the following stages: objective cascading /setting, mid-year review, calibration & link to reward process
• Drive the principles of meritocracy with business leaders in all talent decisions, including promotions, transfers, compensation adjustments, etc.
• Perform some HR Admin related responsibilities (restructuring, overtime approval, authority distribution matrix, exceptional benefits, employee relations, misconduct cases investigation, etc.)

Required qualifications & skills:

• Related work background experience 5 to 7 years
• Fluency in Azerbaijani is a must
• Advanced in English (Russian is preferable) 
• Professional knowledge of All transformational HR process ( Recruitment, Performance management, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefit)
