Position: Inventory Accountant

Department: Finance

Reports to: Team Leader

Job Role Responsibilities:

 Developing inventory analysis reports and analyzing variances
 Assisting in the improvement in internal controls related to inventory
 Verifying accurate standard costs
 Monitoring inventory transactions
 Reconciling inventory accounts to the ledgers
 Preparing monthly journal entries as needed

Position Qualification


 A minimum of 2 year experience as an Inventory or Cost Accountant
 Proficient in MS Excel/Word/Outlook
 English language (intermediate level)
 Russian language (intermediate level)


 Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting


 Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
 Works well under general supervision
 Strong integrity and business ethics
 Strong verbal, written communication, strong computer (MS Office – Excel) skills
 People-soft experience a plüş
 Fluency in English, Azerbaijani and Russian
