As a Manager in our Tax Reporting and Strategy Group within Tax&Legal Line of Services, you will have the opportunity to develop your career and contribute to the shape of our future business, working with our top-tier clients.
About the role
On this position, you will be responsible for the execution and delivery of work across various engagements. You will:
• Anticipate and efficiently resolve complex tax issues for local and multinational clients and work with very limited supervision
• Develop and maintain successful client relationships, as well as generate new business from existing clients
• Take opportunity to promote & offer to clients other services of the firm 
• Ensure compliance of activities with technical and risk management requirements
• Keep abreast of relevant changes in legislation, decrees and practices of tax authorities
• Active participation in meetings, public speaking and presentations
• Bachelor or Master degree in economics, accounting or finance
• Minimum 5 years of experience in tax consulting business (big 4 is an advantage)
• Extensive expertise in local and international tax/trade/customs/commercial laws
• Extensive knowledge of DTT and OECD Transfer Pricing guidelines
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel);
• 1C knowledge and other accounting software is an advantage;
• ACCA/CIMA/CPA professional qualification is an advantage;
• Leadership & team working skills
• Strong research and analytical skills and proactive approach to delivering solutions;
• Ability to make decisions, problem solving skills
• Strong client service mind-set and experience dealing with clients
• Ability to be agile in changing circumstances both internally and externally when dealing with client issues 
• Excellent Organizational skills and ability to make prioritization
• Language: Excellent Azerbaijani and English languages skills both written and verbal. Russian is an advantage
• Commitment, enthusiasm and positive attitude in general
